In some cases, yes. Some, simply related. I had a patron commit to purchasing a piece, but it was a surprise birthday present for her husband. When they came in to see it in person, it had a sold sticker on it. He was devastated. He doesn't know that he's getting it, and since he'll see the piece on one of the Thank You's, he'll still be devastated. Until the 8th of April.
